Finally got my yard back in order, fences back up, tree out back cut up and floated. Today several packages of parts start coming in. My lower won't be in until Friday so I can't do a whole lot with it, but...
I'll probably do a little welding or find something else useful to do. Vacations usually end up being more work than work.

Did a lot of reorganizing out in the shop. I won't say I'm happy with it, but definitely happier. Now I'm having a cup of coffee, waiting on my BCM upper and about 4 packages of parts to come today via Fedex and UPS. I pick up my M4E1 lower on Friday.

Had a light breakfast and some coffee. My husky woke up and wanted food and to go outside. We have taken our first walk and it was 45 degrees. Felt really good to have a cool morning. Wife turned on oven so something is getting cooked!

Browsing the Benchmade Knife site again. I decided on the Infidel out the front opening one and now looking for another one that either fits in a shirt pocket or front pants pocket for work but it has to be a heavy duty one. Best part is the Wife says Buy whatever I want and as many as I want.

Infidel is a great knife.
For your front pocket workhorse I would look for something that's CPM Cruwear. Unless you plan on getting it wet a lot, then get something in Magnacut.

Finishing off coffee #1 and I think I'll need one more for good measure. We have to do the "peoply" thing today...extended family by marriage. I won't know three quarters of the people there, but I guess that's okay. The husband is going out of town for the weekend for work, so we will leave early. The structure of my life is changing fast and I am just trying to maintain a little "normal" (whatever passes for that these days), and to do that I need a little alone time. Gotta get my house back in order after hunting, that will help lots.
