Why not Deutsche Einigung.
18 January 1871; typically celebrated as the date of the German Empire's foundation.
How about 14 July Bastille Day, or 25 Sept. Battle of Stamford Bridge. People have heart burn over Juneteenth? At least it concerns the US.

because 5/5 is associated with mexico, which means tequila and tacos! and americans, for the most part, like their tequila and tacos! 🥳 🌮

Ill celebrate if there’s free bratwursts or French fries 😁
The Bridge one I’m not sure. I guess Free Fish & Chip with a pint would attract me there🧐
