Suppressor reform heads to senate.

Bassbob

Emissary
The house passed a bill deregulating suppressors. Eric Burlison, the Missouri congressman responsible for the original SAPA law and many other pro 2A laws in Missouri is on the radio right now talking about it. The House bill which passed by one vote aims to remove suppressors from the NFA and GCA.

According to Burlison John Cornyn is who worries him about this getting through the senate. So you Texans need to contact your senator and remind him who elects him.

If Cornyn don’t F this up, my long wait to get in on the suppressor fun with you guys will be over. Finally.

Winning is good! There’s hope for complete removal. My concern is once finalized, the whole supply and demand price hikes don’t follow.
Prices will fall. They fell after the E-file system started approving them overnight. There will be a lot more competition and people can build their own. I think companies charging $1000 for a suppressor need to be ran out of business. It’s price gouging plain and simple.

Build your own will remain an NFA item on form 1.
Its the form 4 suppressors, manufactured by a company, that will fall off the NFA if passed

I think the same about $2000 shotguns and $1800+ AR’s 😉

Supply and demand.

I sell $135 whiskey that goes for $1500 all day long and no shortage of buyers

John Coryn is a RINO. I hope he votes in favor of this, but when he comes up for election again in less than two years, he won't get my vote. He will be primaried hard in TX. We will see what happens. While I would never vote democRAT, if John Cornyn is on the ballot, I'll just leave that part of my ballot blank.
