Getting ready to head home. Finally got to see the family fireworks last night. It was awesome and the mosquitos weren’t even that bad. It was a beautiful calm night.
Now heading south to Little Cormorant Lake for my youngest granddaughter’s first birthday. By the time we get home I’ll be ready for some peace and quiet. I’m already all peopled out.

Welded up some target stands and fabbed up a snatch block. Helped my brother in law clean up a mess under his furnace where the drain line got clogged, cut my hair out back with the dog clippers, just got out of the shower and now having a glass of tea and watching the woodpeckers.

I do my laundry, I do dishes and I clean up my own messes. That's the extent of housework for me.

I do 100% of the cooking, dishes and vacuum
Wife does laundry. When the kids were young, it involved her bathing, bedtime and such and I did all the kitchen work. As the kids got older, we stayed with the routine. So after dinner now, she just gets to drink wine
