That's good - and maybe not gay - maybe poly ("anything with a hole"). It means he had good self-awareness and didn't find a need to advertise or involve others in his most private life. As a paramedic, I'll tell you you'd be surprised who does what, where and how.

I worked in the ER at Madison Army Medical Center and Evans Army Community Hospital. I know of at least two guys that came in with impacted foreign object in their rectum, I'll you figure out what that means.

And I remember the day I opened up a girl's chart she was probably around 16 and there was a note in the front of the chart that she was a victim of repeated sexual abuse by her father and her father was under nose circumstances to ever get his hands on her chart.

I had to look the father in the eye and politely tell him that I would be delivering the chart to the appointment for him and I had to do it respectfully and I had to act like I hadn't just read what I had just read.

So, yeah, I've got a pretty good idea what's out there
