The first stone I had worked on , the Dr put a stent in me. However he either put it against a nerve or did something wrong. He told me it would have to stay in for a month. I had to go for a solid month , feeling like I had a pair of Vise-Grips , adjusted real tight , clamped onto my right testicle . He gave me 10-325 oxys and that dosage just numbed the pain enough for me to be able to barely stand it.

The next morning , after taking the stent out , he stopped by my room to see how I was doing. Told me if I had anymore trouble to give him a call. I let him know that he would never touch me again.

Local creek on the south side of the neighborhood has flooded the park and the street next to it. Local river will crest 10-12 feet above its previous record. Lots of flooded basements. We are safe and dry for now. I sure don't live in the desert any more.

gotta go outside, and check all the tire pressures, then water the flowers..here today it is a holiday, we are the only state that still celebrates the surrender of Japan, it was originally called VJ Day, now its "Victory Day" as to not offend the Japanese, that decimated our Navy at Pearl Harbor.....
 
well, i added more to what i started doing...i washed the rear staircase and the cellar staircase..then i high dusted and vacuumed 4 rooms.. the front staircases will be done at a later time, its getting warmer and more humid now.

the wife is still firing on maybe 5.5 of her 8 cylinders, so i know she would tire herself out fast...besides i always did house cleaning with her anyways. it was never only her "job". God knows how much she did around here when i was away on the road...

now taking a break, deciding to either just sit at the 'puter desk all day, or go downstairs and reload more 9mm.....i have maybe 150 to 200 bullets left in the box.

I don't think it's as bad as the recent Texas flooding, no fatalities here. But the flooding in the area is the worst it's ever been. It's not raining now but more is expected this evening. We are OK and just have to watch out for flooded roads.
