Edit: Gee, there are already lots of Youtube reviews on this rifle. The sub-$500 AR market has been described as "a race to the bottom".

The one i looked at was a raffle gun. it had already been won and guy picked it up as i was in the store. i looked at it before he got there.. gun shop owner said his price on them is higher than most other budget ar's. think i bought a new poverty pony that day for 450 out the door. that's counting tax and debit card fee too.

My wife loved her HP .45 carbine, she picked it out and used it. I set it up with green laser and wml a sidesaddle magazine carrier and front grip and she shot the hell out of it. I was never thinking she was underarmed with the Hp and her .357 mag when i left town on business or hunting. The HP Ate everything we put in it and was very accurate. Was too heavy after a while with her arthritis though. Nephew still uses it.

The Carbine is a good brush gun for Varmints. I attached a 10/22 scope base to the dust shield and a red dot. Excellent for the truck. Shot a lot of yotes with it. They make it in 10mm now....
