? P220 45 ACP

i can't find enough difference between the elite and legion models other than name and how many mags come with either? legion cost th most as elite is 2nd and standard is in 3rd on price (not by much). sights are of no concern and 1 might have optic slide cuts (legion vs elite) which saves money of optic plates. so, is the trigger better on the legion than the elite or am i missing more than 1 of something! i'd hit the easy button and go 1911, but my wrist say no way jose' which leaves me with the 220. at least it's the same grip angle as the 226 which my wrist say yes about.

I have a 226 Legion. From the specs they are the same gun minus the different Finnish and grips and all the Legion fluff

Both have the SRT trigger m.
So I am not sure what else would be different unless the elite doesn’t have the checkering in the bottom of the trigger guard not sure though. To me they are close enough not sure it really matters.

And yet you have the "Legion". Not starting an argument, but looks to me like it mattered. Both are awesome. I own neither.

well now after some more searching i found a so called elite the is optic ready as the takes away from the legion as a reason why. BUT, from the site that usually has many typos or ever gets corrected i'll have too confirm whether it's true or not!

The Legion was a gift from my son in 2017 as I had ran a 22x series with a Municiple PD the US Marshals service (220 45) as a contract and with my Fed Agency (228)

That said . I get the ease and popularity with strikers (I could make a pun about the lowering attention spans why DA/SA isn’t as popular as it should be) Sig should have stayed with the 220 series they are great guns

being that i really do like Sigs, since i have 2...(one being the 1911 STX, and the other a P-320)

for the money, i'd go with.............

I'm liking the sao version ad my 226 is sa/da which i like. The only sao I have is the deagle.

trolling thru sites trying to find certain models and all i have to say is, "pics and descriptions don't match". that ticks me off! i'm leaning towards the sao version as i don't have any other than a deagle. the sao seems to cost more, but not that much more and that's fine! i really like the looks of the sao models in the 22x's. if i can't get the 45acp i want then i'll just go 10mm. i'd rather get a 45 instead
