had my 4th cup of coffee....

again, another ground hog morning

i have to replace a wall mounted light's switch, its the type of light that the switch rotates on/off

when i replace 1....i buy 2 or 3 more, as this house has a few of these wall mounted lights...

i have to wait for the renter to leave, cuz i may have to shut the power off to the apartment...unless that zone of the house is labeled on the breaker panel........then only that section or zone i can kill the power.

i suppose i could go to Lowes and buy a few more switches, right now........since this is the last one......

hell no............my recliner is calling me for my morning nap.

well...after a long morning of replacing that switch, then trying to find more at Lowes and Home Depot, i ended up at the "old fashion" hardware store....Made in Chinesium, but so was the one i had on hand. Gal that works in the lighting/electrical dept helped me, but they no longer have the one pictured.

i'd have to buy a whole new wall light.....screw that..so when THAT switch goes bad...buy another wall light..???

sooo..the old fashion hardware store had 1 in stock, and i asked if he could order me 2 more, for my total of 3 in my parts bin.

i had "planned" on scraping another ceiling after the repair, but i got home at 12......

and it's nearly 1PM...

nap time coming.......no time for scraping a ceiling.

just returned home from dmv trying to register boat
it seems the online instructions from DMV are not whats needed and the lady negated official documentation with serial numbers etc
so now i have to go float the boat, take trailer to a weigh facility and weigh it
retrieve boat, find a GAME WARDEN to verify said numbers
not that he will come to me mind you...
fill out 4 other forms, they have to call the guy i bought it from to verify its not stolen
geeeeze louis......oh and they didnt need to see insurance...wtf that should be line number one
sooooooooooo mrs boatr and i are off to a boat ramp, she will baby sit said boat and i will run 20 miles to a freaking feed store weigh station.... and maybe find a game warden

that process of buying a used car from out of state, from a private seller, is done here as well..

either the local PD or the State garage has VIN inspections. by appointment only.

dealership purchases if i recall, go thru with no issues.
