Service rep then told me it was my fault that I didn't check screws before wearing it. Like i'm supposed to check screw depth. Needless to say they were willing to do nothing. I had to pay again to ship it back to them. Rep had a lousy attitude and I would never do business with them ever again. Stay away from this company and their junk.

I've heardso many bad things about We The People holsters that I would not use them on a bet. That said, you already have the holster, it there a reason you can't get the right screw and use that?

We the People make crap holsters. If you have to buy one buy it from Amazon so when the inevitable occurs you can return it hassle free.

Yeah but why should I have to fix a brand new holster and take crap from a customer service rep. Should have been right when it was sent out. This wasn't after a few days or a few times wearing it, this was the first time wearing it within a few minutes.

You don't have to convince me.

I misread your post, I thought they refused to replace or repair The Holster

So I thought you might as well make the best of a bad situation and fix the holster and use it.

And I am going to once again recommend Kramer Leather holsters.

The last one I bought took almost 46 weeks to arrive but it was well worth it.
