Anyone ever shot an AR-180? I'm watching The Terminator and I suddenly want one. Also a SPAS-12 and an AMT Hardballer. With laser sighting, of course. Touch the trigger, the beam comes on, put the dot where you want the bullet to go. You can't miss.
I had an AMT Hardballer back in '86 and lost of ftf and fte issues! I had put 1k down the pipe and I can't speak on the accuracy. Being a 1911 style didn't help me, that's the accuracy problem that I had! Best of luck! After 1k threw it I gave up and passed it on to someone who would admire it more than I! It could be more accurate in someone else's hands?Anyone ever shot an AR-180? I'm watching The Terminator and I suddenly want one. Also a SPAS-12 and an AMT Hardballer. I've seen that movie at least a hundred times. Did you see T2 in 3d a couple years ago? I dont care about 3d at all but T2 back on the big screen was awesome.View attachment 7267
Red dot AMT Long slide....
Yep, agree, I had the AMT Government Model, jam-a-matic, only thing I found that helped with the galling issue was RIG+P Stainless Steel Lube, helped it a lot.The Hardballers had big time galling issues; they had to be run dripping wet, iirc...and even then, it was inevitable.
Something to do with the same grade/alloy stainless being used for the slide and frame, if memory serves.
That's an interesting firearm? I haven't seen 1 of those.I used to own an AR-180 back in the 80's, nice little rifle.
