Hoping for the best. good thing now is she's not hurting.
 
well, now, having my 3rd cup of coffee.

but last night about 7:30 or so, wife was brewing a pot for tea, and she looked out the kitchen window, and saw the Harvest full moon above the neighbors house, and in between the trees..that's not a flash from my camera. its the backyard lights.


lousy picture, but still a very bright moon.

It was beautiful at our place too, but I’m always disappointed when I take a picture of it, so I just stared at it for a while. Thanks for sharing 😊

yeah, i did not go outside to take the picture, i am too short and it would have been buried in the tree's

so thru a closed window i snapped the picture.

we turned off the kitchen light, and let that bright moon, shine into the house.

in fact, we were able to get that glow from the bright moon, on the entire southwest side of the house.


woulda been neater had there been a spooky movie on
 
Yeah saw it before I went to bed. Up around 3am, my usual time. Have had a cup of coffee and Husky's food put out. She will be up soon and will go for our first walk. I like it first thing in the morning-- nice and quiet. Nothing planned but have to wait around for HVAC guys to come and do fall inspection on heating unit. Once that is done hopefully my FFL will call. Just a few chores today but they are forecasting showers for this afternoon and tomorrow.
 
I didn't see what was so super about it. I went out to get some targets from a local Farm store around 8PM last night. It was big, but it was bigger the night before. 🤷‍♂️

Last day off before going back to work tomorrow. I'm having a cup and then I'll take a shower and start loading the truck for range day. First time I've been shooting in probably 3 weeks. I was starting to go through withdrawals. Today I'll be concentrating on timed drills with the Masada ( appendix), but I know the crayon eater and we'll be doing some transition drills too so I'll be loading up some steel targets.

My wife has severe Glaucoma recently lost vision in her left eye. We are very worried she may end up totally blind. She has emergency surgery in the morning to hopefully slow down losing sight in her right eye. My poor Baby is fighting cancer and now has to deal with the possibility of being blind. Her very tough journey is really testing my faith. hers remains strong.
