Is it already milled to accept a red dot ?

I have several friends that are CZ fans I hunt with and all have used CGW.
They say CGW is the bomb.
I have fired their weapons, and its legit

I have a P-07 that I had milled and I installed the pro package myself. It’s a fantastic carry gun. DA/SA with a decocker and a beautiful trigger. @KillerFord1977 bought his daughter a P-09 after she drilled a bullseye out with my P-07 the first time she shot it.

In all seriousness, if you need to get it milled check out Wager Machine Works. They specialize in CZs, are extremely affordable and will get you gun back to you within a week. I used them for my P-07.

If funds allow, buy the gun equipped the way you want it from the get go and keep what you have as an "Iron only" option. If factory warranty is not an issue, CGW does great work from what I hear. I have to say, I would love a low ride direct mounted optic to slide, but all of mine require a plate to slide and optic to plate connection. Good luck on the journey friend, guaranteed to be fun no matter what.

Agree @Bassbob,, I have shot friends direct mounted dots and have to say, It is preferred over the plate mounted in my humble opinion.

No I think you have to remove the rear site and get a adapter plate

So BB directly attached to slide meaning you don’t use a plate . Sorry I never done this it all new

I used ATEI Engineering to mill two S&W M&P slides cut new dovetails plus suppressor height sights and mount dot optics. Was very pleased with their work plus good customer service.

Yes. Have the slide milled for whatever optic footprint you’re going to use and then attach it directly to the slide. No need for suppressor height sights to co-witness and no messing around with plates.

Not usually to front or back.
