DLC is Diamond Like Carbon gun finish and TIN is Titanium Nitride Gun is also a finish usually on barrels

This is an easy one for me. An SA-35 with an extended beavertail and ambi-safety, in a 2 tone pattern, blued (or black) slide and either industrial hard chromed or (even better) a stainless lower.
I'd buy one tomorrow...

22 LR Semi-auto's are fun, I have one a very old Iver Johnson of which I need to get a gun smith to look at as it keeps jamming. I dont know what the issue is currently besides that. Still operates though.

I’m not sure I totally answered the question.

I do like the XD lineup compared to the M&P lineup do to the external safety “BUT” what has me in shambles is the magazine situation. Yes I can go order the firearm but I’d have to haggle over them taking the magazine and trying to order the magazines that are state legal for Illinois (not Chicago because they are only allowed 10 round magazines). At least with S&W they issue state compliance magazines (I think Glock does too) and that’s why I do the M&P line over the XD line.

You couldn't use the lower unless they made the present mags 45. and that's possible as they are wider than glock mags in 9mm.
