Who remembers this vacuum?

This came with the house when we bought it back in 2018 from the original owners. Still works, still using it. It is better on the throw rugs and pile carpeting than my wife's Oreck stick vac. Just becoming harder to find bags for it.

My Mother -in-law used to sell those. It said yo could paint a car with it, so we did.

Man, don’t forget to empty and clean those suckers before putting them up for a while. They get pretty nasty!
Nothing but Dyson these days, not a stitch of carpet in our abode.

It doesn't suck very well, but i think the shaft could use some lubricant. That'd make it suck better, but it wouldn't make as much noise.

One of my first jobs was selling "Rainbow" vacuums! Sold a total of 3 before I went off to LE college and into my career. I've owned several and continue to be amazed at what they pull out of people's carpets.
