What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

so i went to the range this morning, and this time, i rented a gun.

heard about this one, a time or 2.

so i ponied up the $16.00, and i had my own factory ammo to shoot.

this gun was the first time i held it, so the first time i shot it

i was impressed.......

after that range time, i went to my LGS that i do business with, and i asked for one "from the back stock"

the guys know i do not buy display models, due to idiots dropping the slide, dry firing, and racking back the slide like morons.

i changed out the backstrap, field stripped it, wiped down the grease, and lubed it with Lucas Extreme Duty.

here in my state, this gun can only have 10 rd magazines, and i will get at least 3 more

going to the club tomorrow and put 100 rnds thru it.

it's a shooter...

Bassbob always spoke highly of this gun, i can see why.

an update about what i purchased..................i guess it could be considered a 1911 variant as it has 2311 attached to it, but in no ways has the same grip angle. for awhile i thought i got scammed (i did pay with cc so i have that incase there was an issue), but last update from the site stated "order complete". no tracking as of yet, so hopefully tomorrow it will have 1.
