Mrs Greener made Walkabout soup last night, perfect for cold rainy weather. Another cold day of rain. We needed the rain but I have things to do outdoors. We are going to try to install another shelving unit at daughter's house. The tenant in our rental last night asked me to go with him to the LGS to be his consultant on choosing a new pistol on Wednesday. I do love spending other people's money in gunshops!

our new $1,000 washing machine is not responding to the push of a couple of buttons.
several attempts to get it up and running are failing and i am P.O.'d to the 10th house
if it does not get up and running today, then this means a call to the store as i have the extended warranty, then put my thumb up my butt and WAIT for the tech to get here, when it is convenient for him.
this is why i wanted ONLY mechanical machines, NOT partial electronics, which this one has, and they HAD NO mechanical machines available.

yes, at first, i unplugged it for like 10 seconds, much like my FiOS modem, to reset/reboot.
then a video said to unplug for like 2 minutes.
well, no go.
i vacuumed up the remaining water, if that was causing a no restart..
then i have been unplugging and waiting like 10-15 minutes.
the video says that if the reset does not allow the machine to go...then call service, it "could be" the locking mechanism, or the PC board, or i have snot running out of my nose...
a quick blow into a kleenix, cleared the snot issue...
but the washer is still a no go.
so in the morning, i will call the appliance company, i did also buy the 5 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY..
needless to say...i will pester them for the NEXT 5 years...........
unless i die before the warranty runs out.
