A landlord can't limit your first amendment rights.
It would never be allowed to have a contract that says if you live here you must agree to give up your right to worship. You can live here, but you're not allowed to right a letter to the editor criticizing the mayor?
Why do we allow limitations on the 2A?

You shouldn't have to choose where you live based on you're desire to use your rights?

Again, we allow the 2A to be treated as a second class right.

We would never allow a landlord to restrict someone's rights to worship, or to vote, but yet we allow them to trample our 2A rights.

It makes no sense.
