I agree.

Plus, apply an excise tax on "any" product made-in-NY, and on any airline/RR ticket that has an origin/destination from & to NY state.

And, an entry fee by any NY state resident/vehicle into my state, a higher property tax on any property owned by a NY resident in my state, and a sales tax on anything bought in my state by a NY resident even though my state has no sales tax for residents.
