Barrel law?

Aside from the comical sideshow that is Californistan, I’m sure there is some way they figured out to get more tax dollars out of this scheme. They’re running all the money makers/job creators out of Californistan so they need to figure out how to squeeze every single tax penny out of those left behind…
 
I'm waiting for the environmental study to show the harmful effects of gun smoke, no, not Matt Dillon, but the fumes after firing a gun, they will most likely find a way to fine you, per shot, and simply add it to the price of all ammo. Oh, sh$t, did I say that out loud?

I can see this spreading. This stuff is a joke. I think these people need to stay in one state in the middle of the ocean and not set foot on the mainland again.

I’m feeling sorry for my friends that still live out there. There’s one friend I wish I knew his number so I know how he’s doing.
 
Feels like just another cash grab, since don't they already require a background check for the gun purchase itself?

They already make about $160 million a year just from concealed carry permits alone, I don't know how much they charge or make from required process of purchasing a firearm outside of concealed carry, but I'm sure this is just another way of making money from areas they haven't covered yet. (ie: Why ban the guns, when you can just make money forcing people to pay a 'tax' on every little thing).

Ronnie Barrett did that some years ago. California banned .50 cal rifles, so he quit doing business with any state or municipal agencies.
He also had two LAPD M82s in his shop to be worked on. He wouldn't send them back. 😁

They actually have such a place.

It's called Hawaii which has oppressive anti-2A laws.
