What are you doing right now??

So went to sight in the two ZRO deltas and make a video with the FRT's. i did sight them in at about 50 yards and man, what a difference from the other one i have. these two are tack drivers after sighting in i only shot it about four more times and it put em in one hole almost.

I was well pleased there, but started a video and one was light striking and the other frt just wasn't working. not the guns fault. so i called the smith and he said bring them to me. i left em there and had to go to Atwoods for something. Found something there, more on that later.

Nothing went right shooting, got riled up cause the FRT 's wouldn't work in either gun and went mad dog and center punched the metal rod that holds the target. so that's the reason i went to atwoods, they have those. was out of the longer ones so i bought the shorter holders.

So i swing back by the gun shop and he is working on them he has one done. i went and shot it behing the shop and it had one light strike. out of about 60. i said i'll take this one home. he said nope, i'm ordering parts for both of them. they gonna run or we'll do something else.

I didn't even take a pic of the guns but i'll use the ones i posted before.

Just put a three pound Tri-Tip on the grill. Never have eaten one much less cooked one.
I have one in the freezer waiting for an occasion. Let us know how it turns out
Got it off the Traeger turned out very good. The grain goes in three different directions have to be careful when slicing. It's very tasty and tender. Super smoked it @225 for about three hours wrapped it in butcher paper at 165 internal temp, off the grill at 202. View attachment 101026
Yes, can’t treat it like a steak. More like a skirt steak, low n slow or marinate and slice thin.
Best way is go Brazil style like Picanha. (What you see in Brazilian steak buffet style)
