How many licks does it take to get to the centre of a Tootsie Roll Pop?

I absolutely love this picture from the Ukraine. Its perhaps the saddest and most inspiring at the same time. Its from a few years ago. This little girl sits in watch for Russians with a shotgun ready to say GO HOME. THIS is survival when it counts.

Typo- fat finger on my part. Miskey(4 was supposed to be a 3) Its a 30 rd mag. FAL’s had dedicated 30 rd mags.

THANKS I wasnt aware there were actual 30 rounders meant for the FAL. I knew the 308 Bren mags would fit; but I have heard they werent 100% reliable since they were intended to feed upside down in the Bren
