Got my new DL. Passed the eye test and paid the fee. Everything good, but who in heck is the old guy in the photo of my new license?

Idaho transplants must take the written driving test. And where I live, a car is a must. If I ever sweated over a test, this was the one, Last driver's test was at 16 years old, and I was 70 at the time! Thick book, different rules and laws. Get more than six questions wrong, fail, and re-take in a week. My wife and I must have studied that book and quizzed one another for a full week before taking the test. The dreaded day came. I missed one question, my wife missed two. We both felt proud, then had to take a nap.

i was concerned as last night some yaahooooe tried to impersonate my bank and tell me i had 2k of airline tickets purchased and they needed to confirm ,y card number??? yup i was born last night ..
she got rude when i declined
i told her i was calling my bank as what she was tellign me was false (i was logged in looking at my credit card, hmmm zero pending)
i did get hold of bank and they also confirmed NO pending debits...
soo
folks the spammers are gettign better, she had my name and banks name and used a prefix from banks area in alabama
pretty good , until she asked for my card number>>> hmm bank already has that right.

any how or who
i filed taxes last sat
so take out sat, sun and mon (holiday) that means 3 days and irs processed my return
i looked online and right at 2 am the return deposited
 
Made it back home from Tractor Supply and voting in the early voting primaries for TX. I'm several hundred dollars poorer coming out of Tractor Supply because of my dogs. Then I went to vote. It was pretty busy, but the line moved quickly. They saw that I was using a cane and was asked if I wanted to come to the head of the line because I was disabled. I declined, as I saw that the line was moving quickly. This polling location is just in a small town, but a lady poll worker says it has been pretty busy since early voting started on Monday. I was a little disappointed that on the propositions to vote on, "Should Texas Secede?" was not on there. I would have been all over that.

I’m home today. I have been so tired lately, I think it’s the bipolar weather. We went from 30s and 40s to a Colorado Low that dumped wet snow on us, and then froze solid. The wind was obnoxious. At least now it’s quiet, but it doesn’t take much for a 10 or 15mph wind at 10 degrees to feel like below zero.

I’m just recuperating from the work week today. Getting a jump on the laundry before the man gets home tomorrow night, and planning his next week’s menu. I hope I’ll generate enough energy to get into town tomorrow. I’d kinda like to put some lead down range, but we’ll see how it goes.

Tractor Supply is our favorite store here. We get all of our doggie treats, food, bird seed and wild game feed there. Always the nicest people. Gotta' get some wild game chick starter soon. Have 50 chukar hatchlings coming in this April.
