Have my 2nd trigger finger surgery this afternoon.

Hope it went well.

suffering from the Bakers cyst behind my left knee...i have arthritis in that knee, and as a result, the cyst formed, collecting fluid from the knee...it must be about the size of my fist right now, and not really all that painful, it is very uncomfortable when i sit, and many times, interferes with my walking and standing..

i had an appointment with the specialist last month, but i rescheduled due to the impending blizzard to april...

from with my PCP told me, it might get drained out, then to get a shot of steroids for the knee..........but i was also told, the cyst many times, refills...and the merry-go-round commences..........

i hope he just does not say..."time for a knee replacement"........

when i lay down, i am fine, when i walk i feel good after the first few steps......

its the sitting that is bothersome.

Thanks guys. Got home about an hour ago surgery went well. I can grip pistol with right hand will be awhile before heading to the range.

Went for later walk with Maggie. Leg is still giving me issues. Went to Ruidoso NM with my friend to pick up his wife's expedition at the Ford Garage. It was good to get out for a couple of hours. Suppose to rain here tomorrow with possible thunderstorms. I hope the thunderstorms don't show up. The husky is not a fan of them.

Winding down from a very productive first day of extra sunlight to get outside stuff done in spite of scattered snow flurries & high winds but generally mostly sunny conditions.

We got a good rain here in Tucson, coming down again, now. It's been a great rain, but I'm in Tucson, all rain is great . We got lots of thunder and had to give our Catahoula a Benadryl to calm him down. Hopefully your pup will be okay.

No therapy just pretty constant making a fist back and forth. Wife is gonna get me a tennis ball today think it will really help. The sutures in my right hand were removed yesterday still kinda tender. Yeah it's been a real pain missing out on our cool weather.

I have many foam “stress balls” on my desk. May want to buy one on amazon. Start with foam and work up to harder tennis balls . A thought.

My doctor also told me to rub liquid vitamin e on the suture area after stitches were removed and that will help with healing and scaring.

I'll try vitamin e rub. There's a ridge of flesh in middle of my palm that's pretty tender.
