Sooner or later you've got to wake up to the fact that they're not stupid. They can afford the best researchers money can buy. Do you really think the retired General who was talking about the fully semi-automatic AR-15 didn't know he was talking ********?

They want to disarm you and they are willing to lie to do it.

And in case you haven't figured it out yet, the leftist media is complicit. They know they're lying to you. They continue to do it because they are no longer a news outlet they're a propaganda machine.

I don't remember who it was maybe David Muir I don't know but there was the talking news head that was waving a 30 round AR magazine on TV in New York. Clearly in violation of New York state law. If I remember right Gun Owners of America in the NRA and a couple of other rights organizations raised holy hell and demanded his arrest. I didn't remember if New York bothered to responded but they sure as hell didn't arrest him for clearly violating the law.

Do you remember the episode of whatever news show Katie Couric did where she had the guy that lived in Colorado go buy a gun at a gun show in New Mexico, filmed the whole thing and put video evidence that the guy had deliberately illegally transferred a firearm across state lines (federal felony last I heard) and again, all the gun rights organizations raised hell and nothing happened.

And you still think the leftist government and the leftist news media aren't in bed together?

And we come here and we talk about how dumb the left is and how they don't know anything about guns but they keep managing to get these ever increasingly restrictive gun laws passed.

Because people who have no capability of self thought do as they’re told and vote them into office, time and time again, though if they had a clue they’d realize they were voting away their freedoms one election at a time 😔…

OK, it's more bovine fecal matter offered up by the left under the guise of "protection". Same old "if it saves one life" straw man.

Funny how "saving one life" only applies to guns. Apply that logic to another issue the Marxist-Democrats value and see how it holds up. Illegal immigration? English language proficiency for truck drivers? Abortion?

Saw an article where the beloved leader of North Korea is shown firing a new pistol made by the Norks. The article commented that guns are viewed as a symbol of power there (and under most every totalitarian regime, for that matter). The leftists in this country have exactly that same mindset.

The whole, "rights for me but not for thee" is the refrain of the Marxist-Democrats and their sycophants. The implication is obvious; we should have this symbol of power but not those of you who aren't part of the political hierarchy.

Sadly, there are far too many people who are willing to go along with these evil individuals. Their reasoning is that when the evil bastards gain power they will be part of the "club" and have privileges denied others because they helped the evil bastards gain power. They are ignorant of history and the evil bastards are exploiting that fact.
