Just got finished with Police as I was threatened by a person that he was going to kill me, my wife and my dog. He was going to shoot up my house. He was mad because I was taking to a police officer on his street and he didn't like that. Cops are out looking for him now. They knew I have a carry permit before they came here and told me to be armed at all times. They know who is and know he has problems. I asked for them to arrest this person and I want to go to talk to judge. I do not want him released. I'm not scared just really pissed.

He saw me talking to a police officer 2 months ago when I was walking the dog. The police cruiser pulled up and one of my friends was driving the vehicle. We talked for a few minutes and he drove off. This person is a felon and has had several run ins with law enforcement. His mother's house that he lives in was condemned and will be torn down within a couple of weeks. Police feel once that is done he will leave the area as he has no ties here. His mother died 3 years ago. New Mexico laws are all screwed up and he has more rights than I do. My friend thinks he is all talk and when he has been arrested in the past he's not so tough and turns into a mouse according to him. He is 51 years old. Knowing all this and honestly a lot more about him they advised me to take precautions but not to worry too much. Told me to not walk the dog during the early morning until the sun comes out. If he approaches me make sure I have turned my phone on to record any encounter and of course carry concealed. If he does approach and I fear for my life because of his actions, act accordingly. As you can see by the time of this post I have had only a few hours sleep. I will do what I need to do to keep my family safe.
 
Have had a few cups of coffee and breakfast. My buddy the husky has had her breakfast and has done her business outside. She is now resting after eating. What a life. Will be taking down all blinds and curtains in a couple of hours for the window installers. Going to be a busy day here. My police LT. will be coming by for coffee and as he said lets see if he likes a police cruiser parked in your driveway.

Just finished breakfast -- 3 pieces cheese toast, 4 prunes, nanner, cup of apple juice -- after my pot of coffee.

Hi,

The wind has been howling all day. We're expecting rain and snow for the next five days. The forecast keeps changing but definitely a "winter weather alert". But I'm not going to worry about it and take Mrs. BassCliff out for sushi before the winter weather lands here. Y'all stay safe. Blessings.
