Where did I say the Constitution Right to Bear arms didn't matter?

Open carry/CCW is a whole different matter since it's a grey area regarding states rights.

SCOTUS has ruled that there are limits to the 1st Amendment, as well as the scope & scale of basically all the others.

Does DOI's Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness eliminate highway speed limits?

As much as we dislike what certain states do regarding their management of the 2A states rights are a factor that has to be ruled on by the courts.

All I clearly said was being able to carry in CA, IL, NY, yadda yadda yadda, and your state, isn't a factor to me since I don't go there for my good reasons, and my state & all surrounding ones were I do go have Constitutional Carry.

I'm not suggesting that you said anything about the COTUS. My issue is with the states that have apparently ignored the documents...
