Damn! An eviction, I've had to do that myself, in no way did I ever consider that to be hot call, door kicker, danger close, red flag, it was pretty simple, "Are you Mr. Bubba Jones?" "You have been served!" walk away. Here, an eviction can be affixed to the door of the property, no contact required. Times have changed!
