Sorry you all can't get a good night's sleep.

So far, probably jinxing myself here, I sleep well through the night. Usually in bed 11 - 11:30, wake around 7:30 - 8:30. I use to wake everyday at 5am for work but retired in 2020, after a couple of years not really needing to wake up so early I eventually started sleeping in a little bit longer.

Get some sleep!😉

after 40 years of night time, or 3rd shift driving, i think my circadian rhythm is mucked up to no cure.

before my driving career, as a mechanic, i had normal sleep patterns.

and no....i do not have sleep apnea, to cause me to wake up several times.

A year ago, just before I retired, my alarm clock was always set for 2 am. But I was always up before that. 7 pm to no later than 8 pm was bedtime. Between 3-3:30am was the start of my hour long commute to work. Now, just short of one year into retirement, I have a normal sleep pattern. I get 8 hours of good sleep these days. I shut the tv in the bedroom off at 10 pm, and am usually out within 5 minutes. Maybe twice in a week I might have to get up in the middle of the night to pee, but if I do, I'm back out quickly. My bad sleep problems of the past had everything to do with my job, which I really hated in my last couple of years of employment. I'm sorry for you guys that have sleep problems.
