I went to a SORT Tactical Trainers course in 2008 at FCC Victorville California. They wanted a coulke trainers per team to keep teams in the program trainers we would go and certify other teams and yjen whem pur own teams got certified annually if something was bad the trainers and team leaders stood responsible
Around 2013 BOP started doing joint training of their trainers with US Border Patrol BORTAC. We also trained a lot woth FBI Regional SWAT teams and for the haters the SWAT guys are a cut above the leadership and schmuck agents.
It was a good ride and had I not been involved with that and as Firearms and Lead Forearms Instructor I doubt I’d stuck out 20 years.
