Is there a difference in accuracy? I want an AR10 but I heard bad things about v1.

Id say that any mass produced fiream off an assembly line may by shear statisical averages have an issue or another.

As for the V1, i got one of the first batches to arrive in my state the first couple days the gun hit the market and have not had a single hiccup. Not one. Its also a tack drive in the proper hands

I bought an early one to replace my Remington 742 that I had used for years to hunt deer with. The Springfield has never disappointed me:
