They are nice; but I think a little on the pricey side. I expected something in the $500 range from Heritage.

...and I think better options if you want a SxS Hammer gun for anything more than a toy.

Hammers give you the ability to have your gun loaded but not cocked. That can be a plus if you want to keep it ready but not cocked

Cowboy action guns can't have ejectors. If I were starting out in CAS i would give it a closer look but for now I am satisfied with my Winchester 97
