1. Project Fear is a paranormal TV series and YouTube channel. IOW someone may have saw something or not. Then it's repeated ad nauseum. I don't accept their images at face value. Heck, a buddy of mine and I made a fake but damned good image of a flying saucer in sixth grade. Today, no telling what can be digitized. To me it looks like Firefox.
2. Certain activities in/around Area 51 were moved decades ago. However, it makes for a nice distractor.

Several aviation experts and websites have validated the video. Its from a abnormal source, but the video appears to be legit according to them

Both Boeing and Lockheed Martin built flying prototypes of NGAD. That is probably what is being shown here. Groom Lake is still active.
 
Well, given that the SR 71 is obsolete, (and that bad boy, designed in the 1960’s) set a world altitude record and a world speed record on its flight to the museum, I doubt if anyone can imagine the stuff they’ve got flying now. I suspect a whole lot of those “ufo’s” are experimental aircraft. Think about it. What would folks in 1975 have thought if they saw a B2?

I'm with you. If I remember first flight was in 1964. I echo your thoughts that one can only imagine what they are testing now. Just color me skeptical about these first blush images.
 
Y’all notice how all such photos are fuzzy/poor quality. Doesn’t matter if it’s Bigfoot in the woods, Aliens or UFO’s, never ever a clear sharp image. I’ve got a photo of a wolf taken more than 3 decades ago at extremely Kong distance that’s as clear as a bell, yet with all the shiny new high tech stuff out there today no clear pictures of critters/things/etc. that are “spooky/strange/secret have EVER showed up. They are ALWAYs blurred/grainy/poor quality.
