Maybe I'll learn to shoot them and consider 1911's my friends? I'll find out if the double stacks are the answer? Hopefully I'll have some time next week while in the dfw area to shoot if my neck agrees with me. Not sure where the ranges are or times of business, but I still need to book a room by tomorrow. My monitor is dead and the new one will be here tomorrow. Also daughter's car should be ready then (Friday at the latest).
On another note I talked with a guy today about the next door peep stating about killing me and nothing was done. He said that someone broke into his shop and stole from him so he called that person and stated, "bring my stuff back or I'll kill you" and he got arrested for that.l (on probation now). Im following up on this

I'm working on trying to sleep and get up to be at the dmv before noon for a window sticker since they won't be open on Friday. Usually they close at noon on Friday as m-th are regular hours. Only summer hours for all cuty/county employees only work 4.5 days, but some only mon-thu.

trying to finish my 4th cup of coffee, as i took out the garbage and recycling to the curbside, for tomorrows pick up.
we have to put the garbage out a full day before pick up, (not the night before), to prevent some a-hole from parking in front of my house.
what is galling, that particular a-hole, lives across the street, HAS PLENTY of parking in her backyard, HAS PLENTY of space IN FRONT of her house, yet parks in front of mine......
she is still there, but as soon as she leaves, those garbage barrels will be placed where she parks.....

Start parking your car in front of her house. And park your other car in front of your place at the same time to send a message.

Had neighbors son always parked in front of my house behind my truck instead of in front of his house which was always empty of cars. Honda sedan. Asked him to move and he said no. Public street. Asked his dad to have son move his car. Dad said same thing. We have back alley/driveways btw.
Fair enough. I moved my ‘77 F250 long bed in front of their house smack dab in middle so you could not get up the front sidewalk from street.
3 days later he came over and appolgized and said son wont park in front of my house..
Never had an issue since

Went to the dmv first NY window sticker to stay current before leaving the dfw and brought daughter in to get her vehicle. Her title came in but not the registration sticker, so while at the dmv I paid $11 for a replacement. The speed limit is 60 down the fairly heavily wooded area 4 mile drive from the hiway to home. She found out 60 was to fast to have enough reaction time for deer. She told her mom, dad drives faster.. ......as true as that is i have a big grill protector. That only helps against frontal attacks as I've had 3 or 4 deer hit my p/u in the door and rear finders.
