Don't walk...run to your nearest Costco

FYI - Did you hear...the Kirkland's brand Helles-Style Lager will no longer be available after 2026. Apparently, there was a falling out between the retail giant and the Deschutes Brewer in Bend OR. If you're a beer drinker and haven't tried this lager you're missing out. It's cheap and a great back yard BBQ and or cold one after the yard work is done.
I'm headed over Thursday to see what if any I can buy up.
Cheers!

just buy it from Deschutes then...

I understand...to be clear Costco is NOT the begin ALL and END all of places to shop. For starters...their ready prepared meals SUCK...at least 80% of them...that has been our experience. We're not wine drinkers but for those who enjoy theirs you can't miss.
As we all know bulk paper items is one of the best values and not to be passed up by an excellent choice of frozen goodies.
Yes...membership is a little steep, but it gives the little lady and I a reason to get out of the house. And there is a check mailed out at the end of the year rewarding their customers a percentage of the past 12 months of goods bought...that's a plus.

Just got back from our bi-monthly trip to our Costco 35+ miles one-way. Good news...walked up on (4) pallets of Kirkland's beer stacked 6 foot high. So, either the word on the street didn't get well disseminated or people either have slowed on beer consumption, or this style of beer isn't their first choice.
That's perfectly fine with me.
