Agree with the midterm vote. At the federal level major gun laws passed will be bi-partisan due to the Senate 60 vote threshold. At the state level it is typically much easier for asinine laws to be passed. Mid terms are very important at the state level. Many of the laws that get criticized are State. Be sure to vote to change/keep your state legislature and possibly get a Federal 60 seat Senate.

Not a snowballs chance in hell. With the "pro-gun" decisions made lately, they fear of a step too far would leave them off the canapes and free booze circuit, constitution be damned.

Guys SCOTUS cant do anything until theres a case that they decide to review AND thats not likely to occur until someone is charged then convicted and the appeal is lost at the federal level
