My father would get "Charlie Horse" every once in a while.
He also would get up without a alarm clock at 0530 hrs and run 1 mile every day.

Awaiting on the dr to do the FRA on the left side. Tomorrow the right side will be done.

Afterwards my 3rd oldest and I will get a bite to eat then go check in on my wife's brother in grapevine. He had part of his toe next to the big toe amputated due to infection.

The hits just keep coming. Sciatica is kicking my butt and now it appears have a blockage in my right femoral artery. Have some kind of scan scheduled on 8/6 to determine how serious.

I hope you all had a great weekend. I also hope you all have good results with your doctors' appointments. Getting old is not for wimps.

This evening I'm taking Mrs. BassCliff to the ball game. We'll watch the Mets play our Brew Team.

I'm not usually a "hat guy" but, hey, it's baseball. It takes me back to when I was a little shaver on the diamond. We're gonna be in the nosebleed seats but still just off home plate. I'm looking foward to that $10 hotdog and $14 can of beer. Blessings to all.
