Canada’s massive, continent-spanning firearms seizure plan is currently on hold as the country’s strongest firearms advocacy group has finally gotten their day in the Supreme Court—but that hold is only temporary.

What’s happening?​

Basically, starting back in 2020, the Canadian federal government has been working on banning a wide list of firearms, particularly almost any modern AR-style rifle. The feds were set to enact a mandatory turn-your-gun-in-for-money program through 2026, with the self-declaration period ending on March 31 of this year.

He was NEVER Pro Gun. That is what they all say to get elected. He was a leftist then and he is a leftist now. Every single dictator, authoritarian, totalitarian, communist, fascist, marxist, socialist says these exact words. Then, when the sheep elect them in and give them power, they show their true colors and take everybody's guns for "safety" purposes. They bring in their form of control at the barrel of a gun, which is why they want a disarmed population. The sheep vote for their slavery all for the sake of "free universal healthcare" and "free stuff". Canadians are just another in a long line of sheep.

young people have NO idea on what they are doing, have NO knowledge of anything political, since many schools do not teach that......

we (America) are going down that same path...one election at a time.....

but yeah, we do need to defend ourselves at all times.

too many fools, electing and putting into office(s), those that will ruin America in a heartbeat, and have no idea the consequences...

would those fools..."take to arms" to regain what was lost..???

i think not, unless a "participation trophy" is involved....

One bright ray of sunshine in a somewhat dismal scene is former Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb who is running for Andy Biggs seat in Congress. He won the nomination as did Biggs who is now the Republican candidate for Governor. I plan to donate to Lambs campaign and I live 600 miles from AZ.

And I’m sure they’re (the left) is well versed in the history of Socialism to Communism in various countries, though they always ignore the fact it failed EVERY time. Early in moving in that direction is ALWAYS the attempted complete removal of firearms from the civilian populace (except for the leftist leaders, of course, as those Socialist/Communist leaders ALWAYS believe in Socialism/Communism for thee but not for me).

As mentioned above in the thread, it’s why the Democrats always push for gun control (and control over all facets of citizens’ lives). And it’s why they tie all their cries for gun control to the “safety of our children” - it’s been proven in those failed states that if they convinced the populace is was “for the children”, many would just roll over.
