So a suspect who shoots up a neighborhood then runs from police and when police attempt to cuff him he raises his hand.arm towards the Officer....Now some reporter is suggesting the Officer shouldnt have punched the suspect. Im always amazed that people who never wore any uniform besides a Starbuckls hat, have the notion to want to review PD actions in the calm AFTER the fact....F Her and her bad lipstick
Should the Officer have hit him? IDK because I WASNT THERE an no amount of video can substitute for BEING THERE. This is like the Freddie Gray case in Baltimore City. A liberal States Atty with her sights on politics, charged 6 Officers with HOMOCIDE. A riot started over a POS criminal. Months later the Officers were acquitted but their lives were ruined

This-blow his *** away and save the taxpayers a chunk. No since he was punched by a cop he’ll get a wrist slap and turned loose while the cops get sued….

When officers approached the man, identified Tuesday by the coroner's office as Daniel Lujan, Jr., 39, police said he "resisted their attempt to take him into custody."
According to police, once Lujan was apprehended, he became unresponsive. He was taken to University Medical Center, where he later died. Police said impairment is suspected in the incident.
