The difference

I think most gun free folks feel the local LE will handle the issue. Others can't Morally deal with the idea of taking a life.
During the Summer of Love (defund hysteria) more than one older folks (mostly women) came into the shop to buy a gun. One woman said, "Im a liberal democrat, I hate guns but if they are going to defund the police, I guess I need a gun" It took everything we had not to say something like "glad you finally saw the truth" or "FU take your liberal vagina out of here and go buy a social worker"; but we were nice and took their $$$

This has nothing to do with your original post. This is your opinion for an after the fact action. Can't imagine thinking this way about people.

OK once again I thought the sarcasm was obvious, Im sorry if you were offended.

Of course we sold them the guns after lots of showing them different options from semis to revolvers and smiled even giving them suggestions for where to get training; but these were the same people who prior to the defund craziness wanted to ban guns (and said so). They might have been nice to puppies but they wanted to take your guns. Not surprisingly many wanted to return the gun after the defund nonsense faded saying that they never loaded it or took it out of the box and just didnt think people should have guns

It has EVERYTHING to do with my post about Responsibility. Gun people understand that they have to be responsible for themselves. The Anti's expect someone else to be responsible for them and suddenly when that looks like it might not happen they see the fallacy of their stance

I wonder if the female members realized the sarcasm? So they have a different view, support your view and let them support theirs, without ridicule.
Really cuz it kinda sounds like you arent giving me the same courtesy your are demanding from me. You know the whole point of let them support their view and you support yours. I do thank you for pointing out the confusion. That being said, I did apologize if anyone who missed the sarcasm was offended

I wouldn't use the same phrasing (next to last line) in a forum post. I also make an effort to not be judgemental of others, although I do fail. That's what I was trying to say in #11
He can't help not being right, and reminding you that he is right. He's been put on ignore by so many people that his audience is shrinking. It's rough when you have to prove that you're correct in everything, but nobody is listening.

Thank you for the clarification. Im not to proud to admit that I too also fail occasionally. I accept you point. I think its good when we can disagree but still find some camaraderie. Its also telling when some refuse
