with the bfr there's nothing tactical about them . that's the only revolver i have currently. when i had the 629 i did have those spare speed whatever they're called for faster reloads.

Trying to remember my street days. Drop pouches went along with “widow maker” flap holsters, as I recall, as far as speedy response to danger. When speedloaders appeared , we thought it was a miracle. God, but they were fast, with practice. Those of you brought us on semiautomatics have no idea what it was like.

4 years in LE for me. But I do remember the first Dirty Harry movie on a billboard when I was walking a footbeat in MacArthur Park. Had no idea what it was about.
