there are as of now, 2 police depts here, that tp process a ccw, you must sign a medical waiver.....from there, the police fax that form to ALL the hospitals that deal with people with mental health issues...

then they (the police) have to get a return phone call, and speak with an officer...no faxing, or emailing allowed......

God help the applicant, if his doctor is associated with AMY of those hospitals.

too much over reach.......

yet, the criminals...can get all the guns and ammo...they want.

i dunno, but my former primary knew i reloaded ammo, and he told me he had several other patients that had guns and reloaded as well

my new primary knows this as well, well i told him to include a lead level blood test.

i think that since it is not mandated by my state...(at least until who knows, the next lawmakers session..??), i think medical information is going too far.

as it stands now, they only request mental health issues, at some of those police depts.

i'd like to think this is an ACLU issue......

Those requirements are insane, glad I live in a free state, if I lived there I would definitely move family or not, ridiculous…..
 
Hi,

Wouldn't you know it? I'm about to leave for one of my duo performances and one of my ammo orders is set to be delivered while I'm gone. It'll be OK on the front porch, I'd just rather Mrs. BassCliff not have to carry it in. But she probably will. She loves me, for som reason. ;)
