I dunno, it might be that his public defender should point out that he was dropped numerous times as a kid and landed on his head...

Marijuana was at one point really weak compared to what is on the market now.

It has never been harmless!

Marijuana is an hallucinogen and every person reacts differently, but no one is ever in control of faculties...
