We've just returned from the Milwaukee Irish Fest. We took in some good entertainment, including the Campbell/Jensen Duo. We sat in the front row and enjoyed brilliant songwriting, exquisite harmonies, furious pickin', and Ashley brought a tear to my eye when she sang her Dad's "Gentle On My Mind".

It was a small crowd in an out of the way pub tent at one end of the festival grounds. I'm not sure how many people realize who Ashley Campbell is and just how talented she is. She and her duo partner have been living in London for the last three years but she still makes it to the States occasionally.

got up at 4:30...ugh....

left the house at 6...went to 2 stores, general groceries

got home about 7:30, sprayed the curbing and sidewalk with Round-Up...........LOVE that stuff.

then washed the wife's car, including the inside glass

wiped down the car

watered the flowers

got the car wash rags in the washing machine right now, wife gonna hang them outside

wife promised me a batch of brownies, for being a good boy.....


tomorrow maybe, i'll take care of my car.

BEAUTIFUL DAY.....


temps now 75, gonna get up to 80...and SUPER LOW humidity....

everyone can actually BREATHE the air today....!!!!

i got those desiccant bags at amazon, i just put them in the oven at low temp to dry them out.....

but, i also have a dehumidifier in the basement as well
