CZ to discontinue the CZ 75 models 2026

Bought my two-tone CZ 75 B 18 yrs ago GREAT shooter. One I won't part with.
that's like me as well..

all black, got mine in 2020, along with the G-17, 4th gen

i always say they were "tied"... "for my very first guns", and i hope to have till the day i die.

people want optics...??? BE DAMNED....

people want rails...??? BE DAMNED.......

i also have the 75 B Omega "convertible" ......and removed the decocker in favor of the safety instead.

Ehh they should do a run of polymer framed 75's before they stop.
I own:
75 polished stainless.
75 brushed stainless.
75 phantom polymer.
75 black coated.
Sp01 polymer 40.
Spo1
Sp01 compact.
i actually had the opportunity to buy the polished stainless, but i was new to guns, and the price was a wee bit higher than the basic black.

of course in retrospect.......

i wish i had bought it.

Not all, but more info.

CZ announced the official conclusion of production for three classic steel-framed 9mm handguns: the CZ 75 B, CZ 75 BD, and CZ 75 Compact. This transition closes a major chapter for the iconic platform, though CZ continues to support the legacy line through commemorative releases like the CZ 75 Legend.

Affected Models
  • CZ 75 B: The standard full-size model with a firing pin block safety.
  • CZ 75 BD: The decocker variant of the classic full-size design.
  • CZ 75 Compact: The smaller, carry-friendly variation of the steel classic.
What Continues

  • CZ 75 Legend: A premium, CNC-machined replica of the original 1975 pre-B model released to honor the platform's history.

Aside for the new CZ 75 Legend, introduced as a 50th anniversary product for the series. Also still in production will be the assorted SP/P-01 series CZ 75s, the alloy-framed CZ 75 D PCR and the CZC A-01 line, the latter being CZ Customs tuned model.

Well here I go chasing the fleas off a tail. I will definitely will see what I can do. The nocturne got the infection back for CZ.

Since you said that. You know one will show up and you will be there getting it. It happens to the good people like you.

i have seen "a couple" on the gun broker site...but the seller wanted nearly double the retail price.......

i have many rounds thru all 3 of my CZ's, the 2- 9mm's and the 1 45 ACP...

they all have that safety block, roll pin....

i have NEVER had to replace any of them...

why..??

I NEVER dry fire any of them...when i "needed to practice" i used snap caps.

its actually quite simple to replace those roll pins, with the inexpensive tool(s), which i have.

otherwise.."normal" spring replacements when the round count climbs, and my "heavy duty" parts can be had at Cajun Gun Works.

which i DO have "some" of the spare parts now.
