On a positive note, I did manage to drop by my LGS and get some provisions for my next trip to the range later this week. 200 rounds, CLP & patches, an ankle holster for my backup pew, and some marking bands (5.56NATO & 6.5CM). Also, a new knife. I love a good blade as much as a good

Wow. I've never bought a barrel of ammo. I'll buy a case or two per month, depending on how busy I've been. This month was one case of 9mm and 500 rounds of .45ACP. Next month might be 5.56 and .357.

I also picked up another one of these...

I couldn't resist. They're cute and cheap, kind of like my 2nd ex-wife. Now I'll have two of these, great for teaching my two granddaughters. I think I'll look for a 10mm since everyone is having Labor Day sales.
