Indeed. I purposely look for spaces away from the entrance and other cars. By the time others drive around looking for a closer space, I've parked, walked, made my purchase, and on the way home.

That dern fool should've walked away, called the cops, and had the lady arrested for brandishing. Then he could've parked in that spot.
