What are you doing right now??

just got a call from the knee surgeons office

Blue cross finally gave approval of the "gel" shots..

i have to go starting in mid october, for 3 weeks

there is a VERY small co-pay for each injection.

a N.P. will shoot me up.

after that all of those,

maybe a visit with the surgeon himself, to make plans for the sawzall and hammer, nails and super glue..????

Enjoying the cool morning after a major rain storm came through last night.

I'm still amazed at the number of drivers who need rescue from driving into the washes with water running! The fire department had three swift water rescues yesterday afternoon/evening.

Just shaking muh head. 🤬
here we have an "underpass" that was formerly a R/R now its a walking path, and it floods everytime it rains

at first, i'd shake my head.

then i just laughed my butt off

now, i get ticked off at the stupidity of the morons that disregard...the signs...the flashing lights.....

they get all that they DESERVE when the insurance company totals the vehicles and they lose big time.

No arguing this.

But what bothers me with the stupid ones, is they're in crisis and the first responders have to drag them from whatever they got themselves in, and first responders now risk their safety!

Well, sitting in hospital bed, went to ER last night with extreme stomach pain, was there from 9:00 till 2:30am, then to my room. Gave me pain meds, took all kinds of tests, do have a MRI for the morning, so far all tests came back ok, there thinking I might have passed a gallbladder stone, or what they call sludge, doing ok right now, but hungry as hell, no food or drink since yesterday at 3:30….
Update: still in hospital yet, there thinking I passed a gall stone, had various tests/scans, all look fine, why there keeping me is my liver enzymes spiked, normal are usually around 50, mine went to 535, they dramatically came down today, doctors said something kinda shocked my liver and thinking passing that stone did it, put stress on it, eating regular food now, feel great, more then likely I’ll go home tomorrow, they just want to run one more set of blood work in morning

i am thinking you might go home with directions on how to lower your future risk of more.

jello shots or GEL shots?
can they do both to help the pain?
i had what looked like 2 qts of fluid pulled out my knee last feb at the time i need a jello shot it was unreal

HOPE it works to get you feeling back to spiffy and good

Definitely, pain was so intense, they ask you on a scale of 1-10, I said does your scale go to 20…….
When I had my gall bladder attack back in 2011 , I thought I was having a heart attack. It felt like someone was shoving a red hot 2" bar through my chest. Called ambulance and by the time they got there the pain had subsided considerably.

Well the hospital made it sound as if I were going to die if they didn't remove the gallbladder immediately so I gave the go ahead. Of course they waited till the next morning. 🤔 🤬

But yeah it was some intense pain for sure. Get well soon you dadgum young whippersnapper. ;)😀

Finally got the parts in and got this drive system back in and mow the yard to see if it worked this was a pain in the butt to put in by myself yeah I know it's very dirty it is nowhere near clean as Santa's mower. I eat a ton of dirt the yard really didn't need mowing I just wanted to check the drive system make sure it was working

yeah, i am "feeling" pains in the back of my knee, so i am surmising the Baker's cyst, loaded up with fluid again.

gonna have to wait till october 15th? to see if the N.P. can drain that, the get that gel injection.

but it is inevitable, that i will be getting knee replacement in the near future.
