Well I know I said I’ll stop a little while back. I took my CZ 75 compact off of layaway this morning. I’ll be waiting for it to show up hopefully Friday morning.

I was thinking about the Shadow 2 carry or Shadow 2 compact but since the 75’s are slowly becoming a thing of the past for the newer generations coming out. I’ll look for the date stamp but also where it was imported too. I was today years old learning that Kansas City, Kansas stamping is the old location before they moved to the Hartford CT (the Cult headquarters).

So with that been said now. It might be a little over a week when I go to the range to try it out.

The CZ-USA headquarters still continues to run its main distribution, sales, marketing, and warranty/repair facilities out of Kansas City, Kansas.

Its Dan Wesson Firearms subsidiary in Norwich, New York.

Meanwhile, parent company Colt CZ Group manages broader U.S. operations including Colt in West Hartford, Connecticut.

My Shadow 2 says Hartford, CT and the SP-01 was Kansas City, KS.

All CZ75s are made in the Czech Republic.

Stampings only indicates the location where the companies' headquarters is, at least in the USA since while the company name is Colt CZ it was CZ that bought Colt.

BTW, PSA has CZ75's on sale right now for $599.99.

i'd still like to pick up at least 1 more 75B......but i'd prefer 2...

the production is ending at the end of this year......that doesn't mean after that, none will be found.

darned good guns.

I was thinking a 75B but got the SP-01. Now my mom owns it as I’m getting the 75 compact.
