just finished watching a recording of the movie...a war movie.......Dunkirk.
i for the life of me, could not recall ever watching it.
but then, once i saw the scene where the RAF pilot lands on the beach, and shoot his plane with the flare gun....did it dawn on me...i had seen it before, but it was a very long time ago.
i usually always too, look up the movie, the actors, and truth or made up facts.
as with ALL movies, some facts were embellished and some actors were added to move the story along.
the one movie i really avoid to watch, after i saw it the first time...???
Saving private Ryan.
only because the opening scene of at least 15 minutes, is horrific to me....actors, dummies, fake blood and guts yes......
but there is some truth to that opening, and for that, i can't bear to watch that movie.
i think seriously that, Steven Spielberg, could have had less carnage, and as the old saying goes..."less is more"
